Somehow- in this pocket of time, the way of being moved from an artistic and expressive flow to a very calculated and precisely explained way of being.  I do recognize the gifts in this, yet my fire for living is fueled by the constant art making of life.  You could say I walk this life in a very deep, ceremonial-like, and experiential way.  Sometimes, even dancing!  The way I spend my time on Earth-life is divinely and intuitively inspired through my Spiritual connection to the Divine and the gifts of our nature nest (such clear evidence, isn't it?).  I share to give permission to all.  I see, bare witness and set tone for sacred events.  I remind. I learn as I teach, and I teach to learn.  I dwell in heart and sing the songs that linger in the spaces in between.

What I do is guide & facilitate spiritually led and expressive souls through workshops, online courses and mentorships.  Together, we reach in and bask in the richness of the inner body.  We mend connections to our spiritual natures and awaken to our innate wisdom.  In this work, I take time to acknowledge the sacredness with reverence.  I also gather with folks to intuitively design ceremony/ritual for life events; from grieving gatherings to sacred union celebrations.

My background is in energy medicine and the healing arts.  I have studied various forms of vibrational healing modalities, was ordained as an interfaith officiate/minister, received my Reiki teaching attunement facing the Pacific Ocean in California, and have been mentored by some amazing women-sages, one of them sharing the teachings of the Essenses with me- in which she so beautifully created a bridge to assist me in becoming a "reformed healer"<--(as my dear friend calls it).

I am also: an experimental artist, a mother, a partner, a meditator, a spontaneous chantress, photo-storyteller, cat-luver, a healthy empath, a modern day oracle priestess, a nature worshiper, and I sometimes act as a Fairy God-Mother and mama-doula as people birth their true-selves into being.
